How do I get started?
Once your account has been activated, we will send you an email with a link to the new platform and your new username and password.
Can I use my existing login details?
If you don’t already have a login to the new platform, you will be provided with a new username and be prompted to set a new password. You will require your mobile device or email to verify your password upon first login.
Once you have logged in, you have the ability to change your username.
Where do I login to see my account?
You can access the platform using either of the below methods:
1. Use the link provided to you by your adviser via their practice website
2. Click “Log in” in the top right-hand corner of the website masonstevens.com.au
Will I be using my old platform one day, and then the Mason Stevens platform the next day?
Yes, you will need to login using your new username at the URL provided to view your account.
Do I need to agree to any new terms and conditions?
No, you will have been issued with an Important Notice at least 30 days prior to the upgrade, outlining the key changes that will apply to your account as a result of the upgrade.
Will there be any change in my investment process?
Your adviser may give you access to place orders on the Self-Directed Portfolio in your account. Please speak to your adviser for further information.
